Order Processing: We will make every effort to fulfill your orders and process refunds and cancellations in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for delays or errors in processing that are caused by inaccuracies in your order, payment issues beyond our control, or other factors such as severe weather events disrupting fulfillment or delivery services.

Product Pricing: The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars. We make every effort to provide current and accurate pricing, but recommended retail prices may change at any time due to a variety of factors. The final price charged to you will be the price posted on the Site at the time you place your order.

Product Availability: The products displayed on the Site are available while supplies last. We try to maintain real-time accuracy of inventory counts, but the number of items remaining may change by the time you place your order. We will notify you if any products you ordered become unavailable and attempt to provide a reasonable substitution if possible.

Promotions: Promotions offered through the Site (discounts, free items, etc.) are valid only during the specified promotional time period and while supplies last. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any promotion at any time without notice. Promotions may have additional restrictions and exclusions disclosed at the time of offer.

Shipping and Delivery: Shipping and delivery times posted on the Site are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by inaccurate delivery addresses, credit card processing issues, severe weather events or other carrier issues beyond our control. We ship most orders within 2 business days, but actual transit time will vary depending on your location.

You may not use any Zeegr trademark or confusingly similar marks without our express written permission.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Zeegr, including our affiliates and subsidiaries, and our respective officers, directors, agents, partners, shareholders, employees and representatives, from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating to your use of the Site or Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or any harm you may cause to any other party. Zeegr reserves the right, at your expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

Limitation on Liability

Under no circumstances shall Zeegr or our affiliates, contractors, employees, agents, officers or directors be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from your use or inability to use the Site or Services.

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other basis, and even if Zeegr has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Dispute Resolution

If any controversy, allegation, or claim arises out of or relates to the Terms, the Site, the Services, or any content, (collectively, “Dispute”), or to any of Zeegr’s actual or alleged intellectual property rights, the parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve the Dispute through negotiation. If the parties cannot resolve the Dispute, then the parties shall be free to pursue all available remedies.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nashville, Tennessee for resolution of any Dispute.

Zeegr may modify these Terms from time-to-time to reflect changes to our Site, Services or relevant laws requiring such changes to the Terms. We will post changes on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of these Terms. We recommend you check for updates regularly. Changes will become effective immediately when posted.

Your continued use of our Site or Services after changes are posted indicates your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our Site and Services.

Miscellaneous Provisions

The failure by Zeegr to exercise or enforce any rights or provisions under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
